Regency Professional Surface Restoration & Cleaning has been serving the Ventura County area with distinction since 1978. The owner, Pat Chamberlain, has over 30 years of experience in the cleaning business. He has used his experience and pride in workmanship to establish and maintain a high quality cleaning service.

Regency uses state-of-the-art truck-mounted cleaning units that utilize special amenities such as soft water and top quality, environmentally safe, cleaning solutions. Our steam cleaning systems use water that is heated to 240 degrees and the cleaning process extracts approximately 90-95% of the water, leaving carpets dry in no time. Our technicians are extensively trained and perform all facets of cleaning services with outstanding results.
